Fast Delivery
We offer fast delivery on selected apparel items to ensure a quicker turnaround time. However, please note that All-Over-Print (AOP) T-shirts are not eligible for this service due to extended production time.

Shipping Provider
We partner with Qikink, a trusted print-on-demand company, to fulfill and ship your orders. All our products are printed and shipped from Tamil Nadu, India, and delivered directly to your address via reliable courier services.


Shipping Timeline

We aim to process and deliver your orders as swiftly as possible. Below is a breakdown of our shipping and fulfillment timeline:

  • Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Sublimation, and Accessories:
    • Processing Time: 2-3 business days
    • Shipping Time: 3-4 business days
    • Total Fulfillment Time: 5-7 business days
  • All-Over-Print (AOP) Products:
    • Processing Time: 4-5 business days
    • Shipping Time: 3-4 business days
    • Total Fulfillment Time: 7-9 business days

Please note that processing times refer to the period needed to prepare your order before shipment. The estimated shipping times indicate the duration for the products to reach you after they are dispatched from our facility.

Holiday and Peak Season Delays
During holidays and peak seasons, there may be slight delays in order processing and shipping. We appreciate your patience during these periods.


Delivery Regions
Currently, Casanova ships orders to all regions within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can use the provided information to monitor your package's delivery status.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders are subject to applicable taxes and duties based on your region's regulations. Any additional charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
